This is bad comedy: Transformers R.E.D. in hand images via PrimevsPrime. Hasbro blows the scale!

Youtuber PrimevsPrime gave us a first look at the upcoming Transformers R.E.D. Bumblebee. These are super articulated non transformable figures which debuted last year. Unfortunately Hasbro chose to make Bumblebee as tall as Optimus, blowing any chance of this becoming a sought after collectible line. Also shown is the upcoming Coronation Starscream. Bee is as tall as Screamer as well. This is BAD comedy.

  1. What whiney manboys (men fanboys) don’t understand is if he was in scale, they’d still whine, claiming he’s not the same value per pack.

It’s hilarious how some will be but third over a miscalled Bee but ok w/ a cassette player & pistol as tall as a Peterbuilt 18 wheeler truck.

Since when is size & mass consistency a thing in TF? Ever.

Like Hot Wheels, these are made to give the same sense of product value by being the same relative size. A Hot Wheels jet fits in the same bubble as a Hot Wheels tricycle, so obviously not the same scale. Does that ruin Hot Wheels for you as well?

Even the expensive Haslab Unicron is off scale. In true scale, a planet would be the size of a SKYSCRAPER to match a voyager class Prime. Does that lack of scale ruin TF as a whole for you as well?...
