Playmates Toys reveals a Walmart exclusive comic inspired Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Black and White Figure 4-Pack, featuring reused molds from a few years back. Included in this set is a reprint of TMNT #1, with a new cover by Kevin Eastman. No price yet, but expect them to drop by August 18th. COWABUNGA!
