Transformers Red Soundwave and packaging non transformable figures by Hasbro revealed

Can non transforming Transformers be called Transformers?  The jury will be out this June 26th when these figures go on preorder at Walmart. They will be officially out on September 1st and we can now see the newly revealed Soundwave with Cassette. 

Transformers RED (Robot Enhanced Design) will be Walmart exclusives and will be scaled to 6 inches and feature full articulation in G1 cartoon colors.
