G.I. Joe Classified Mega drop ends 2023 with a bang 9 figures to end your wallet
Hasbro opened preorders for 9 Joe Classified figures ending a great 2023. The figures include Quick Kick, Techno Viper, Big Boa, and Airborne for the regular line, Duke, Scarlett and Recondo for the retro carded line which starting in 2023 will longer be a Walmart exclusive, plus Action Sailor and Action and action soldier for the 60th anniversary line which are billed as premium. New to the G.I. Joe Classified Series line, Big Boa comes ready for adventure, with multiple points of articulation for high poseability. This Big Boa figure contains 5 character-inspired accessory pieces including helmet, 2 dumbbells, and removable boxing gloves to cover his bloodied knuckles. Cobra troopers can be an unruly bunch at times. They aren't motivated by patriotism, unit loyalty, honor or sense of duty. It takes a brutal, unfeeling taskmaster to whip them into fighting form and Big Boa fits the bill to a tee. He has a voice like a bullhorn, fists the size of frozen turkeys and the disposition of a rabid grizzly bear.

This Quick Kick figure contains 12 character-inspired accessory pieces including alternate head, alternate closed fists and knifehand-strike hands, backpack, 2 nunchuks, 2 swords, a shuriken with throwing effect, and a Frozen Fudgie Bar. His Japanese father and Korean mother owned a grocery store in Watts. Too short to play basketball as a youth, Quick Kick turned to martial arts. He is a ranking black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Goju-Ryu, Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Zen Sword, and Wing Chun. He was working as a stunt man in Hollywood when he was recruited for the G.I. Joe team.

This Airborne figure contains 10 character-inspired accessory pieces including helmet, 2 pairs of skydiving goggles, night-vision goggles, backpack, knife, and weapon accessories. Airborne’s parents are affluent Navajos serving on the Tribal Council who indulged their son with sky-diving lessons. Talltree also studied law and passed Arizona State Bar exams. He joined the military and opted for airborne training, commenting: "I'd rather jump out of airplanes than write legal briefs." His exemplary service record drew the attention of G.I. Joe recruiters.

Duke was fluent in French, German, and English when he enlisted. Graduated top of his class at airborne school. Broadened his polyglot status in Special Language School focusing on Asian and South East Asian dialects. After running four different Special Forces schools Duke turned down a commission to serve as acting First Sergeant of G.I. Joe.
