Studio Series Wave Reveal: Is Evasion Mode Prime Worth the Hype or is AOE Bumblebee a Total Pass?

Hasbro just dropped the next wave of Studio Series pre-orders. We’ve got:

• Evasion Mode Optimus Prime (Voyager): The one we’ve been waiting for. It’s got battle-damage sculpting and that classic flat-nose truck mode, but the torso looks a bit hollow. Is it a "side-grade" or the new definitive Prime?

• AOE Bumblebee (Deluxe): I’ll be blunt—this thing looks disjointed. The car mode is clean, but that robot mode is a mess of panels.

• Rise of the Beasts Scourge (Leader): A re-release of the mold you either love or hate. If you missed him the first time, here’s your chance to pay the 2026 tax.

• Transformers One Crew: Soundwave and Thundercracker look great for what they are, but if you aren't into the "One" aesthetic, these are an easy skip.

• Armada Jetfire: A massive $100 Commander Class hit for the Unicron Trilogy fans. Since it’s not from our era, our wallets are safe—for now.

The GEN Verdict: Tempted by Evasion Prime for the shelf, but we'll be waiting for Prime vs Prime to tell us if that Bee is actually worth the plastic it’s printed on. Don’t buy the hype until you see the transformation.
